The Strategy is deliberately ambitious, and we recognise that the associated activities will take time and have therefore set a realistic and incremental roadmap for change.
The planned pace of delivery will be aligned to the capacity available within the organisation to support this work, also recognising the need to support employees in a cultural shift towards the concept of information as a customer-driven corporate asset
