Reception

The reception at County Hall Mold will remain open until 5pm on Friday 28 February 2025.

From Monday 3 March 2025 reception services previously delivered at County Hall, Mold will be available at:

Pay and display visitor parking is available at the front of the building.

• if online or the telephone is difficult our Flintshire Connects Centres offer face to face support.  Opening times and locations can be found on our website.

From Monday 3 March 2025 the main postal address for Flintshire County Council will be:

Although a postal redirect service from County Hall Mold to Tŷ Dewi Sant will be in operation for 12 months (until the end of January 2026) we would ask people to update their records and continue to use existing preprinted envelopes whilst the redirection of mail service is in place

Council Meetings

From Monday 3 March 2025 the Lord Barry Jones Council Chamber will relocate to Tŷ Dewi Sant where future Council meetings will be held. 

Councillors will continue to have the opportunity join meetings virtually or in person and meetings will continue to be streamed live on the Council’s website.

Public access to meetings will continue as usual and visitor pay and display parking is available at the front of Tŷ Dewi Sant, Ewloe.

NEWydd Catering and Cleaning

To avoid any disruption to the preparation and provision of school meals, NEWydd Catering and Cleaning, who provide meals to the majority of Flintshire schools, will continue to occupy kitchen space at County Hall Mold whilst alternative accommodation is being prepared.

Services based at Llwynegrin Hall, Mold are unaffected by these changes.
