What is Flintshire Connects?

Flintshire Connects brings together Flintshire County Council, Job Centre Plus and other partner organisations, to deliver high quality customer focused services to the public and vulnerable individuals in our community that find it difficult to access services online or by phone.

There are Connects centres in:

• Connah's Quay
• Flint
• Holywell
• Mold

At Flintshire Connects, you can speak to one of our trained Customer Service Advisors about a range of Council services, which include:

• ​ Business rates
• ​Concessionary travel
• ​Council tax
• ​Digital support from the Digital Squad
• ​Education and youth
• ​Environmental Services
• ​Housing & prevention services
• ​Payment facilities for all Council Services (card, cash and cheque payments)
• ​Planning enquiries
• ​Streetscene and highways
• ​Self service facilities 
• ​Waste and recycling (replacement recycling boxes, bags and food bags and caddy are available to collect)
