Flintshire Connects

Responses are being analysed and will be published here in due course
Our Connects Centres are highly valued, particularly by people who have difficulty getting online or using the telephone, but since the COVID-19 pandemic not as many people are using them.
We are currently reviewing the service and we would like to hear your views and opinions on how you think Connects could be used to meet your own needs and those of others in our local communities.
Flintshire Council has five Connects Centres - like one stop shops - that provide face to face support on a range of Council services and digital support to those who need it.
Connect Centres are open 9am to 4.30pm on the following days:
Buckley: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Connah’s Quay, Flint and Holywell: Monday to Friday
Mold: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Some Connects Centres share space with other public services like North Wales Police and JobCentrePlus.
More information about the Council’s Connects Centres can be found here
The survey is open to everyone. Residents who are unable to complete the survey online can visit any of the Council’s Connects Centres where support will be available.
The views and opinions you provide will help inform our review.
Once we have considered all your feedback and made our decisions we will publish the outcomes on the website.
