Latest News

The UK Government has recently announced a one year extension to the current UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). The aim of the UKSPF extension year is to provide a smooth transition from the existing UKSPF programme to a new, future funding framework.

For this transition year Flintshire has been awarded the following allocation:

UKSPF Revenue
£3,176,593

UKSPF Capital
£1,218,309

To enable project activity to be implemented quickly and effectively during the transition year Flintshire County Council is inviting those organisations that have successfully delivered under the current programme to submit a proposal to continue activities for a further 12 months. Unfortunately due to time constraints, brand new projects and activities will not be considered for the transition year funding.
