Scheduled Maintenance
Planned maintenance is scheduled between 6pm Thursday 27 February and 8am Monday 3 March 2025.
Whilst there will be disruption to digital services during this period, council services will be operating as normal.
The Councils website will continue to be available throughout although some features will be affected and will not be accessible.
The following digital services will be unavailable:
- Garden Waste Payments 2025
If you pay by phone or in person at a Flintshire Connects Centre, your last available day to pay to receive the discount will be Thursday 27 February.
Whilst online payments will not be available during the scheduled maintenance period, the online payment discount is unaffected.

Disruption to council phone lines - 4.30pm Friday 28 February to 8am Monday 3 March 2025
Due to scheduled maintenance all council phone lines will be disconnected at 4.30pm on Friday 28th February 2025.
This will affect all incoming and outgoing calls to all published and unpublished telephone numbers at all council office locations.
In the event of an emergency during this period, the Councils Out of Hours services listed below will continue to operate uninterrupted.
