Events for landlords announced

Flintshire County Council, in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) is holding a Special Landlord Forum on Thursday 17 November 2022 from 6pm to 7.30 pm.
The Forum will focus on changes that become law from 1 December 2022 as a result of the introduction of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016. These changes affect all landlords in Wales and it is crucial that all landlords are aware of the actions they need to take.
This is a webinar not to be missed!
The NRLA is also hosting other events as follows:
- All Wales Webinar on Monday 12 September at 6pm –Simon White from Welsh Government Housing Strategy will be joining to answer any questions. PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE at nrla.org.uk/events/meetings.

- Tuesday 13 September. 6.30pm – 8pm A roundtable discussion at Venue Cymru, Conwy, LL30 1BB held by the National Residential Landlord Association and Bevan Foundation, to discuss how to improve people’s experiences in the private rental sector. bevanfoundation.org/events.
- Thursday 29 September 10am-12pm Wrexham Property Meet at The Beeches Chester Road, Gresford LL12 8PW - anyone is welcome to attend, from landlords, anyone looking at getting into property investment and service providers. nrla.org.uk/events/meetings
