NEW Homes announces new properties

Flintshire-based housing provider, North East Wales Homes is delighted to announce the purchase of nine new affordable homes from the North Wales based 5-star Housebuilder, Macbryde Homes on its Plas Issa development in Bryn y Baal, Flintshire.

Set on the edge of the popular village of Bryn y Baal, Plas Issa is a brand new development which boasts beautiful views. With a number of primary and secondary schools to choose from in Bryn Y Baal and the surrounding areas, together with excellent transport links and employment opportunities, the development provides a mix of townhouses and detached homes.

The nine properties will be available for affordable rent at the beginning of the summer and are currently being marketed by Tai Teg, the Flintshire Affordable Housing Registered Provider.

Plas Issa will be the first scheme which North East Wales Homes is partnering with Macbryde Homes, and strategic plans are being developed for future schemes across the county.
