Another successful workshop for local small businesses

Over 30 businesses from the Flintshire and surrounding area took advantage of a free “How to manage a Cashflow workshop” recently.

The workshop was organised by Flintshire in Business in partnership with Business Wales.  In the three hour session, delegates were taken through a cash flow scenario from Carol Williams and Clive Barnard, Business Wales, and Ian Adams from Bathgate Finance. 

The session included:

• The importance of a weekly/daily cash flow
• Live creation of an actual cash flow spreadsheet
• How to understand the information of a cash flow
• Tips to increase cash coming into the account
• Funding solutions
• Discount invoicing
• Restructure debt 

Carol Williams said:
