Chairman congratulates BEM recipient

The Chairman, Councillor Paul Cunningham and his Consort, Mrs. Joan Cunningham, welcomed John Messum and his wife to County Hall recently.  Mr Messum of Deeside Athletics Club was awarded a British Empire Medal for services to Athletics in Wales in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List.
