Chairman welcomes young volunteers to County Hall

The Chairman, Councillor Paul Cunningham and his Consort, Mrs. Joan Cunningham, welcomed young volunteers from St John's Ambulance North Wales to County Hall recently.  The Chairman paid tribute to their achievements in the Flintshire community.
