Healthy delicious food made easy – find out how at Mold market

Flintshire County Council is taking a stand on food poverty.
During the summer, in partnership with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and Clwyd Alyn Housing Association, the Council ran a “Share Your Lunch” scheme which saw 14,500 hot and nutritious meals being served at play schemes across the County. The meals were provided by “Can Cook” a social enterprise based in Liverpool which provides a fresh food catering service.
Carrying on from this ambitious and hugely successful initiative, the Council will be at Mold market in November and December to promote slow cooker bags prepared by Can Cook. These quality bags come with 10 delicious recipes and pre-prepped ingredients. A two person bag costs £4.50 and a family bag is £5.50.
Dates 17, 21, 24 and 28 November and 1, 5, and 8 December.
